01 · Program overview

Built for the weeks when there is no time to fix anything.

Peak brings more volume, more temps and more pressure from your clients, and leaves your team no time to fix what slows it down. The Peak Residency adds that capacity: an experienced team that works with yours every week of the season.

No invoice and no contract. In return, we ask you to test our product and give us your feedback.

Whatever peak puts in front of you.

It does not have to be technical. You know your site and your clients. We bring experience from some of the most demanding operations in the world.

Before volumes peak

Prepare the site

Labor plans, temp onboarding, processes and cut-offs, prepared with your team while there is still time.

When something breaks

Fix what slows you down

A backlog, a client escalation, a process that does not hold at peak volume. We work on it with you that week: a new process, a better plan, or a simple tool.

On the floor

Support your leads

We help train your leads and temps on what we put in place, and stay close until it is part of how the site runs.

03 · How we work together

Part of your team, every week of the season.

This is not a project delivered from a distance. Every week until the end of December, the same team works with yours, and the priorities follow what your site needs that week.

Every week

A working day with your team

Up to one day a week alongside your team, on that week’s priorities.

Every week

A check-in with you

A short review with you or your site manager: what moved, what comes next, and what peak is throwing at you.

Between sessions

A direct line

Your team can reach us during the week when something comes up, without waiting for the next session.

As peak changes

Priorities that follow

When one challenge is solved or a new one appears, we move with it. The season is not tied to a single project.

04 · Selection criteria

Who the program is for

Places for the 2026 season are limited. Every application is reviewed against the criteria below, and we only accept operations where we are confident we can make a real difference.

Criterion 01

A site under peak pressure

You run at least one warehouse or fulfillment site that goes through a real peak, for your clients or for your own brands.

Criterion 02

A challenge worth solving

You can name a challenge that matters to your operation, whatever its nature, and what it costs you today.

Criterion 03

Leadership backing

You, or another leader with authority over the site, back the work.

Criterion 04

A dedicated owner

One person on your team, often a site or operations manager, is our day-to-day contact every week.

Criterion 05

Access under NDA

You can share the information the challenge requires, under an NDA that also covers your clients’ data.

Criterion 06

A team ready to act

Your team is open to new ways of working during the season, and ready to act on what we find together.

Questions

Before you apply

Is it really free?

Yes. No invoice, and no contract at the end. We are building a product for warehouse operations. Before we build more, we need to know which problems matter most on a real floor. Working on yours during peak is how we find out.

How often will we work together?

Every week until December 31: up to one working day with your team, a short check-in with you or your site manager, and a direct line in between.

What kind of challenges can we bring?

Anything peak makes urgent. It does not have to be technical: temp labor, training, processes, layout, client reporting, claims or tools all qualify. If it costs you time, money or a client’s trust, it is worth applying.

Do we need technical skills on our side?

No. You bring the knowledge of your site and your clients. We take care of the rest.

What does participation require from our team?

Backing from you or another leader of the site, and one person who is our day-to-day contact each week.

How is our clients’ information handled?

Before any information is shared, we sign an NDA through our US company, registered in Delaware. We only work with what the challenge requires, and we do not change anything in your WMS.

What do you ask in return?

One thing: that you test our product and tell us what is useful and what is not. You choose when: after peak, or during the season if you have time. We install nothing on your site during peak, and there is no obligation to buy.

What happens when the season ends?

The residency ends on December 31, 2026. Everything we built together stays with your team. There is nothing to renew and no obligation to continue.
